Please note with effect from 22nd May 2026 ALL in-person coaching will be conducted in the UK. Primarily out of two locations in and around Didcot, Oxfordshire, with a 20m pool for triathlon group coaching and adult 1-1 swimming and triathlon sessions plus a 25m pool hosting adult and children 1-1 coaching and lessons for swimming and triathlon. In addition there will be weekly running sessions focusing on triathlon specific techniques and training and regular open water group and 1-1 coaching available. Remote programme coaching will continue as normal via Training Peaks, email, video calls and whatsapp as before with increased capacity and more spaces opening from 1st June.

In-person Swimming and Triathlon Coaching

1-1 and 2-1 Swimming Lessons for Adults and Children

Standard Programme:

  • bespoke training plan delivered weekly via Training Peaks

  • periodised, structured and individualised training focused on helping you maximise your potential

  • fluidity within the programme - change of work schedule, unexpected increased family commitments, sick, poor night’s sleep and unable to train? All of these are expected factors in or daily lives and the programme has the capability to change accordingly and for the remiander of the week to be reworked where necessary to still enable you to get the most out of your training plan

  • unlimited coach access via whatsapp/email

  • monthly video call to analyse and discuss the months training and achievements and formulate strategies to keep you moving towards your goals

  • all abilities and experience levels catered for - everyone can benefit from individualised and specific targeted training planning and exection from first time sprint athletes to Kona qualifiers and potential World Champions

  • session sent directly to your smart device be it Garmin, Wahoo, TPV, Zwift etc for you to follow along

  • sessions written specifically for you using power, heart rate, pace and RPE all specific to what equipment you have available

  • video swim analysis when required to analyse your stroke and set your swim drills and sets to be specific to you

  • tri-specific strength and conditioning workouts with instructional videos and coach written notes with the ability to follow along on your phone whilst working out

  • daily reminder emails (if desired) to inform you of the day’s training and help motivate you

  • ‘free’ entry to weekly group swim and run sessions (first session of the week only)

  • ability to order KE Coaching racing kit and merchandise (selected dates apply for ordering)

  • ability to represent the KE Coaching race team and be part of the community both locally and globally

  • access to join our KE Coaching race trips abroad including offers, promotions and discounts (subject to sponsorship at each individual event)

  • in-person coaching and race support at certain key races (currently Oman and UK only)

  • access to half price personal training strength and conditioning sessions

  • get involved in the virtual world with training and racing options with KE Coaching on both Zwift and Training Peaks Virtual

  • nutrition and hydration advice for training

  • key race strategy and plan for pacing, nutrition and hydration alongside thorough debrief post race

In-person Group and Individual Sessions:

  • adults and children’ group and private lessons and coaching available through both weekdays and weekends

  • swimming - learn to swim (4 years plus), competitive coaching, all strokes and skills, open water coaching

  • adhering to the UK National Plan for Teaching Swimming Stages 1-10

  • small group sizes (max 4 swimmers)

  • strength and conditioning personal training

  • junior and adult group running coaching

  • ‘at-home’ private one and two to one swimming lessons (within 20 mins radius of Didcot and May-Sept only) - limited availability
